Design & finalization
Together, we will review the build site, finalize your design agreement, and lock in the budget for home production, installation and finishing.
1 MONTH
Site Work & Production
Production at our factory and site work, including the foundation, are done simultaneously. By doing these two things at the same time instead of one after the other, we are able to save a 30-40 % amount of time compared to conventional method.
MONTH 2 TO 4
Finishing & assembly
New home, including all of its exterior and interior finishing, Bathroom and kitchen fixtures, arrives complete by truck and each module is Lifted it into place in less than 24 hours. All that remains is painting , finishing and to connect electrical and plumbing systems to the on-site.
MONTH 6
Move In
We’ll walk you through your new home for final handover & you are free to move in!
