Brief History

Founded in 2008 by Avnish B Godhani, MA is dedicated to addressing 21st-century conditions through intelligent architecture and design.

Since 2010 owned business of TIMES  Company produced highly crafted architectural metalwork for artists and architects around INDIA. Throughout the company's history, employees at TIMES have developed advanced architectural and interior products and systems for functional and ornamental architectural forms.

 

In 2008 company bought a CNC machine, Waterjet. Because of his engineering and artistic skill, he also starts working in metal, stone, wood, and all types of sculpture, wall art, and architecture work.

Throughout the company's history, employees at TIMES have developed advanced Architectural and interior products and systems for functional and ornamental architectural forms.

 

In 2012, he put it one step ahead by buying a 7-axis robot, where he could show his skill as a creative person and start doing sculpture. The firm now produced and installed architectural and interior work, decorative cornices, and metal skylights in the city region. Over the years, the firm would transform in many ways, working with natural and new materials, developing new technologies, and exploring the unknown.

As the company grows, Avnish wants to explore the modular system for architecture and interior; like a dream, he wants to make things a moving asset and people buy because of the time-saving and quality, as it is made in a factory and controlled environment.

How We Work

MA prefab projects explore the efficiency of design, implementation, and performance while producing modern custom homes specific to each client and site. The results are designs with a better value than comparable site-built projects while providing greater predictability in construction costs and schedules.

For more than a decade, Founder  and professionals have partnered with Mahaus to find solutions for the most challenging projects made in concrete, metal, stone, and wood. To achieve these increasingly complex designs, the company works collaboratively to meet each project's aesthetic goals within a predictable timeline and budget.

Capabilities include assistance in project design with full engineering to assure constructability, complete hybrid fabrication, and onsite installation, as required. Through each step, Mahaus takes a proactive approach, meeting project requirements and exceeding client expectations.
